Luke and I made a wall assembly. The frame is made of two "spoil-boards" from the milling machine (1/2" MDF). The cladding is made of laminated laser-cutter waste, mostly 1/8" and 1/4" MDF and 1/8" and 3/16" acrylic. The insulation is made of styrene packing foam wrapped in low-density polyethylene film (aka Saran Wrap).
